The Hearth is Hammock Gear's new rectangular full-length underquilt. Designed with no taper, it will fit easily to any gathered-end hammock. It may be a better option for bridge hammocks than Hammock Gears' current offerings since it is only 40" wide, end to end, without the taper and body-forming design that the incubator provides. We are stocking them made with 10D fabrics: Olive Green ripstop for the outside and Moss Green for the inner. The fabrics have a durable water-resistant (DWR) coating to help shed moisture and an internal calendared finish for down-proof construction.
 
We stock the standard width (40") and length (5'7" to 6'2") (175 cm to 187 cm) with a standard but generous overfill, using an ethically sourced 850-fill power down to provide stable insulation underneath your hammock. Featuring a rectangular design with the same adjustability as the Hammock Gear Incubator, the Hearth Underquilt will keep you comfortably warm down to its temperature rating while being more forgiving with its setup. Proudly made in the USA.
